Pakistan vs Ireland; 1st ODI

1st ODI between Pakistan and Ireland is facing delay in start due to wet conditions. The delay resulted in change in playing conditions.
The 50 over match has been reduced to 47 over per side, It is hoped that match will start at 4:30 pm (PST).
More delay can lead to further change in playing conditions (i.e., decrease in total number of overs to be played).

Ireland won the toss and elected to field.

Ireland Team: Porterfield (capt), Joyce, Wilson, Niall O'Brien, Kevin O'Brien, Stirling, Poynter (wkt), McBrine, McCarthy, Chase, Murtagh.

Pakistan Team: Azhar Ali (capt), Sharjeel Khan, Mohammad Hafeez, Baber Azam, Shoaid Malik, Sarfraz Ahmad, Mohammad Amir, Hasan Ali, Umer Gul, Imad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz.

Pakistan Cricket Team fined over slow over rate.

Pakistan Cricket Team (PCT) have been fined for maintaining slow over rate in 4th Test match,

It is interesting to note that PCT was only one over short.

The decision was made after taking all rules and regulations into consideration.

Misbah-ul-haq was fined 20% of the match fees and the rest team players were penalized 10% of their match fee.

Misbah might face suspension, if there is another violation of this kind within the specified time period.

Brilliant knock by Younis seals victory for Pakistan.

Pakistan Cricket Team (PCT) termed as the most unpredictable team of all has once again proved its worth in the cricketing world.

After being defeated by England in two consecutive test matches, Team Pakistan managed to win the last test match of the four matches test series, Resulting in series being drawn.
Both sides have won two matches each resulting in 2-2 series score.

The Man of the moment for Pakistan cricket team was the legendary batsmen Younis khan. He was struggling in the whole series but he ended this series with a fantastic knock of 218.
This knock was crutial for Pakistan and can be termed as the turning point of the match.
